PROGRESSION AND RANKINGS

Greetings, Prime Enforcers! As the game continues in development and we get closer to our public tests. We are continuing to bring you guys more content on what to expect and see within the game.

This time around we are discussing how progression will happen within the game and if you’re a competitive player how you’ll be able to progress there.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN ON PROGRESSION

As we've stated from the game's announcement, War in Arms is a self-contained experience in which most progression, unlocks, and rewards are achieved purely through gameplay.

The Mission System in WIA: Prime Forces is designed to allow players to progress through the game without any costs. Your main forms of reward beyond post-match earnings will be through these challenges/missions. This method assigns the player daily, weekly, and monthly missions to help you progress in the game. The more missions you complete the more points you add up to 1000 points and get all the rewards.

Missions Rewards

  • Daily - 10 points per mission

  • Weekly - 100 points per mission

  • Monthly - 500 points per mission

You'll also gain Experience (XP), from almost everything you do while playing, allowing you to level up and earn War coins (WC) and War gold (WG), the currency used to unlock in-game content in the shop. In the near future, we will provide you with more information about cosmetics and in-game content.

Progression, status, and the acquisition of power in-game are frequently motivating factors for players. This is something we will always want to pursue. We want to optimize on meeting those needs by also allowing players to earn in-game content for themselves by buying WIA: Prime Forces premium content (theme packs, boosters) that can be purchased with War Credits (WC) and War Gold (WG).

Other forms of progression will be introduced in the future when we create Season and Theme passes for players to use, allowing them to explore new aspects of the game's lore and world.

Rankings

One of the most popular playlists in the game is the War in Arms: Prime Forces competitive mode. Prime Enforcers put their skills to the test against similarly matched opponents, working their way up the ranks.

However, many players are confused about how the ranked mode works and how the game determines their skill level.

War in Arms: Prime Forces has 6 ranks (or divisions). Iron, Gold, Diamond, Emerald, Ruby and Prime. Each rank has three tiers through which you can advance. Iron 1 is the lowest tier in the Iron division, and Iron 3 is the highest. When you finish Iron 3, you will be promoted to Gold 1. (or potentially higher). Prime rank has only one tier.

Winning and playing as a team during a match is the most important factor in gaining rank. However, performing exceptionally well can also help you advance faster.
